Safe cold-water use
Cold-water immersion is a strong physical stimulus and is for healthy adults. Acclimatise gradually, keep early sessions short, control your breathing, never plunge alone and never under the influence of alcohol. If you are pregnant or have a heart condition, high blood pressure, Raynaud's or any other health concern, speak to your doctor before use. These products are not medical devices and we make no medical or therapeutic claims. Chiller units run on a 230 V supply, are CE marked and must be installed with the correct residual-current protection; keep electrical parts clear of the water as the manual directs and follow the water-care routine to keep the water hygienic.

You have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason, as German and EU law provides; for hygiene a tub that has held water cannot be returned under that right unless it is defective.
