Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell cold plunge and ice-bath equipment — inflatable and barrel tubs, acrylic and stainless plunges, chiller and smart plunges, dual hot-and-cold sets and an outdoor plunge spa, together with covers, thermometers and water-care accessories. Capacity, material, whether a chiller is included and the electrical supply are stated on each listing for domestic use.

Safe cold-water use

Cold-water immersion is a strong physical stimulus and is for healthy adults. Acclimatise gradually, keep early sessions short, control your breathing, never plunge alone and never under the influence of alcohol. If you are pregnant or have a heart condition, high blood pressure, Raynaud's or any other health concern, speak to your doctor before use. These products are not medical devices and we make no medical or therapeutic claims. Chiller units run on a 230 V supply, are CE marked and must be installed with the correct residual-current protection; keep electrical parts clear of the water as the manual directs and follow the water-care routine to keep the water hygienic.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
